40' tall development proposed on the "Acme" site
On October 14, 2021. Zoning officer, Michael Wylie stated in the Preliminary Opinion to the developer that their plan DOES COMPLY with the LMT Zoning code. Commissioner Josh Grimes is the Chair of the Zoning Committee. On this page is a sample of drawings and photos to put this proposed development in context. Showing an overlay of the existing Acme building size on the lot- compared to the proposed plan. For Height of the proposed new building, is a photo of Ludington Library (to the left with person in photo). Ludington is an aprox. 40' tall building with a 12' set back from Lancaster Ave. This is exactly what is proposed as the new street scape for Youngs Ford Rd. and Conshohocken Road.
