Dear Mike:
As you are aware, I represent 1025 Gladwyne Partners, LLC (the “Developer”). At theDeveloper’s request, you previously issued a preliminary opinion that a proposedredevelopment of the Property as shown on that certain Zoning Plan prepared by BohlerEngineering dated August 5, 2021 (the “Plan”) complies with the provisions of the LowerMerion Township Zoning Ordinance (the “Preliminary Opinion”).
Please be advised that the Developer no longer intends to proceed with the redevelopment of the Property as shown on the Plan. As such, Developer hereby withdraws the Plan andPreliminary Opinion from further consideration by the Township.
